What is FUSE?
We are the local church youth ministry of New Life Church.
What’s with the name FUSE?
Our name is 2-part:
1. Freedom Under Spiritual Empowerment speaks of our goal for every teen to be free from the web of sin through the empowering of God’s Spirit.
2. FUSE, also, speaks of our goal in igniting the neighborhood, community, and city we live in with the same freedom we have experienced in our own lives.
What time does FUSE start?
We open the doors at 6:30pm for game time. Our service kicks off at 7:00pm and lasts until 8:00pm. Game time opens up again from 8:00pm until 8:30pm. Our doors are closed at 8:30pm.
How old is too old and how young is too young?
The youth ministry is designed for those 12-18 years old. If you are not yet 12, you’ll have to wait, but don’t worry were not going anywhere, and we are only going to get better. So relax, we will see you soon. If you’re 19, the time has come for us to part ways. Unless, of course, you are a member of New Life Church and you want to help us serve the teens each week.
What happens during our services?
Designed to be a safe place for you to come enjoy a worship service, Bible lesson, and hang out with your friends – and meet some new ones. We have video games, foosball, air hockey, and snacks to satisfy your sweet tooth during our services.
Can I show up late or leave early?
Our service is the most important part of your FUSE experience. So we ask that you show up on time and plan on leaving when the service is over.
